Conditions for setting up a company with 100% foreign capital in Vietnam

• Foreign individuals / organizations must have nationals of WTO countries or countries that have signed trade agreements with Vietnam.

• Investment fields are not in prohibited areas & must be in industries that allow foreign entrepreneurs to own 100% of registered capital.

• Investors need to ensure their financial capacity, provide sufficient documents proving their conditions of capital contribution.

• Ensuring that the project site is available in accordance with the project size & local development plan.

• Having a valid dossier of establishing a 100% foreign-invested enterprise according to the provisions of Vietnamese law.
